Mom’s Famous Rack of Lamb

Growing up, when a rack of lamb was on the table, it almost always meant that we were celebrating something. Birthdays, holidays, graduations, you name it, this dish made an appearance. For a recipe that takes hardly any work, it tastes luxurious and makes any dinner feel fancy and special (at least until everyone starts eating with their hands right off the bone!). It’s best served medium rare and paired with any roasted vegetable or sautéed green. Oh, and don’t forget the mint jelly! 

Simple Crab Cakes

What I love the most about this recipe is that you can really taste the crab meat. There's very little filler and added flavors that tend to overpower a lot of crab cakes we find in restaurants and grocery stores today. The result is a light and delicate cake that tastes only like crab!
