From the Chef:

This is a great recipe to make with any fruit you have that is becoming overly ripe. Mash up blueberries, strawberries or whatever other fruit you have around!

From the Doc:

Chia seeds are another great source of soluble fiber. This means that they swell when sitting in your gut, keeping you full for longer periods of time. In addition, they also are a great plant-based source of calcium, protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
